I expected to be bored out of my mind with the Civil Law and Procedures module, but to my utter pleasant surprise Fay made it interesting and fascinating! Yes there is a lot of information to digest in two days but it is very clearly and succintly conveyed by Fay!

I found nick very interesting, and even when there were parts that would fit to my job role, they adapted it to fit.

Well delivered course, very open to discussion and further break down of key points. Due to variety of experiences in room, not always relevant to specific role, but all principles and ideas are usable. Overall interesting materials delivered well and with practical application discussed at all stages.
