Excellent course

Richard was able to keep the training informative, and not too intensive with regards to its content in what must be a pretty tough subject to keep the audience engaged. He did this through using personal experiences as examples, which due to his previous line of work was really interesting and insightful. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job.

Really engaging and listened to our questions and answered them succinctly and with relevant information.
