Very well run course by Ren, honestly the best online training I have ever had. Extremely good grounding in this area, great resources and incredible well communicated throughout.

Good refresher training from a knowledgeable trainer. It is always good to be trained by someone who has working knowledge of the subject matter.

I thought this was a really great course, Emma was really clear and engaging, I liked her examples of real life experience in negotiating and she was clearly interested in how things work in teh civil service, so it felt like a real conversation. I have very clear actions to take away, so thank you!
