Trainer was very good at keeping everyone engrossed in the subject matter.
Interesting course but content well beyond my role within Engineering seems more HR related responsibility
The course was very helpful in providing a good knowledge base for a new aspect to my role.
Trainer was great very knowledgeable and great style the only thing the course could have worked more with BCC procedures and policy rather than court procedure.
The trainer was engaging and knowledgeable. Appropriate breaks were given throughout. The roleplay was helpful It was good to have a mixture of managers from across the Service on the course.
Some good content well delivered. Good to work with colleagues from across the organisation and share examples/experience and best practise.
The course was thoroughly informative and our trainer managed to apply it to the RAF which was really nice. My only comment would be it was hard to follow what the trainer was talking about with the provided books as the course wasn't in order like the book. So some reference as to what page or chapter the trainer moved onto would be useful.
