Paul was very knowledgeable. He was empathetic as well and explained the course really well. He put us in break out rooms so that we will practice more. Catherine was also great and contributed positively. Thank you Paul and Catherine

Really good course Well paced, breakout rooms were used well to keep conversation flowing but not spend too long being talked at, small groups were more comfortable than bigger ones and the topics were specific to help focus conversation
Very well led and executed course by Alister. The work we do is very niche and not well known about - Alister made the training real and answered many questions which helped a lot.
