Lou is engaging, knowledgeable and GENUINELY LISTENS - when I say something often she references it and brings it back up later, she isn't one of those hmm yea... and it's just been lost in the void

Good to reflect on the different perspective Exercises to better understand someone else's viewpoint in a confrontation.

The course gave me things to think about, particularly on stopping and trying to see the other persons drivers and perspectives in difficult encounters.

It is good to hear the explanation of those behaviors in people that you are aware of but not understanding why somebody would act in a certain way.

I enjoyed this module very much, the trainer (Lou) and the content were engaging with a great flow

Makes you really think about other people and their needs and the difficulties they come across.

Noticed longer break which was appreciated Emotional issues being difficult to understand it was good to see a "analytical" professional look at the subject

I believe that the course is really useful and will help going forward.

I enjoyed the module, I found the profile questionnaire a useful exercise and I would like to spend sometime reviewing the results and which areas were lower scoring to gain a better understanding. Thanks
