Lou really engaged us and challenged us. Fully enjoying this course
Great learning environment where were encouraged to fail and learn.
Really good course, lots of points to take away to work on. I really enjoyed the second day about transformational leadership.
Exciting course and love learning new things
Great engaging training. Useful tools to use in leadership/ affirmation that process and skills already being used are relevant to being a great leader.
I’m realising the importance of understanding my values and brand and how that is the foundation of my future leadership style
As a new line manager, I’ve learnt so much over the past two days about leadership that I wasn’t previously aware of. The training has given me valuable insights and a better understanding of what it means to be an effective leader. I’m looking forward to putting what I’ve learnt into practice!
Really enjoyed the session. I found it was at the right level for the audience, and everyone was able to take something away from it.
