Great session from Lou. Both days flew by so quickly, which speaks highly as to how well-engaged Lou kept everybody. I've got a few subjects that I going to work on further, especially surrounding emotional intelligence, which will form part of my CPD. I can only say thank you Lou and I'll see you soon

Great training days, Louise was extremely knowledge especially as my working environment is not a typical environment that she deals with but was able to understand our point of view and challenge me in a way to promote better understanding and going forward has provided many lessons which I will take with me in my professional career.

This was a great course and will be a better leader. The delivery and the content of the course was excellent and I would recommend to anyone who is or want to be in a leadership role.
