Great session from Lou. Both days flew by so quickly, which speaks highly as to how well-engaged Lou kept everybody. Great training days, Louise was extremely knowledge especially as my working environment is not a typical environment that she deals with but was able to understand our point of view and challenge me in a way to promote better understanding and going forward has provided many lessons which I will take with me in my professional career.
