Fantastic course. I hadn't considered personal brand before today, but can certainly now appreciate the value and importance of it going forward. The discussion with other colleagues around their own understanding of their brands was extremely useful, and will help me in informing mine in due course. Thanks to Anne and Paul for another great session.

1) The content of the training is very substantial. 2) Some of the questions which brought out from the facilitators in the worksheet - really remind me to think about them which I may not aware before. 3) The discussion room during the training - happy sharing! we can share our thoughts there with our classmates.

Great to take the time and reflect on areas I’ve made progress in, and also help me focus on areas I need to develop in. Anne and Lou help you to believe in yourself and it was great to see how many ladies have changed roles and succeeded in the next stage of their careers.

Really useful session to reflect on how much progress has been made. I recognise the areas where I have made progress and the areas that need further development, which has provided me with a new motivation to really take action. I was sceptical about taking so much time out of the work to attend this course. What it has given me is time to think, reflect and focus on what can make me a better person and an even better employee. Many of the ideas are phrased in a way to give that much needed encouragement and confidence to take action.
