Excellent content and delivery from both trainers. I thought it was very thought provoking but also felt like a safe environment.
Exciting beginning to a programme that I hope will challenge my thinking and enable me to reflect personally.
Great course - very relevant and some excellent tips.
I think both John and Charlotte are excellent, they are engaging and make the sessions interactive.
Right mix of contribution by facilitators and participants and really enjoying the programme so far.
Really helpful scene setting and intro. Important to have the CEX video. Good amount of slides with visuals rather than too many words to distract from listening Could give a bit more time to the 10 questions and scoring activity - ran out of time on that. It's Friday and brain a bit slow. Thank you
Really useful course, a lot of thinking to take away :) Thanks to Lou and Jen for hosting with such honesty and enthusiasm.
Good clear vision for the course, and well presented.
