Module was helpful in identifying the purpose and importance of sponsors/mentors, and understanding different personas and linking that to how it affects our negotiations.

Really helpful module today on key areas such as conflict, personas and mental health.

I found the break out room section very beneficial.

I would love more time to allow every to share more although I do appreciate having to move quickly to get everything in! There is a little echo from Jen sometimes

I love the dinamic of the course, being able to talk to people and hearing their strenghts and weaknesses, makes me feel normal, it puts me in the driving seat as to how to manage my own carrer.
