Paul was a very engaged facilitator, and was willing to go with the flow based on the room’s reactions and interactions which I think made the course more enjoyable and helpful. Craig was also engaging but stuck more to a script and didn’t probe the room as much.

The personal brand content was very thought provoking and useful. After all, perception is reality. I found the negotiation section rather rudimentary and not terribly useful. It did, however, precipitate some interesting chats amongst the delegates.

Second day more directly applicable to sales. Day 1 skills helpful for business management. Would like to have covered direct sales skills in terms of techniques on phrasing, tone etc.

Great abstract, it gives you thinking space which you wouldn’t not otherwise have. It’ helps to create a reflexive habit when looking at how you approach pipe, prospecting and network management
