really interesting course and speaks really positively to the organisation that these are the values it wants to encourage and foster. Really enjoyed the conversations with colleagues in the sessions and PACE pods and found it helpful to discuss sometimes difficult and challenging situations. Very impressed with everyone's openness through these conversations.

Really informative and thought provoking. Could have done with a bit more time in the breakouts as a lot to cover once get going.

Really interested and will be fascinating to see how the 10 forms compare when they come back before next meeting. The 6 key relationships is really interesting and provides a definite focus point going forward.

Anne is great - really cares about helping you make the most of your career by forcing you to think about the difficult questions like what specific steps you need to take to get to where you want to get to. I'm also enjoying the course content as it follows a logical sequence that helps you formulate a strategic plan to achieve your short, medium and long-term goals !

I am finding the course really useful. firstly it's made me consider if my career objectives are right. its taken my focus away from the end goal and onto the steps I need to take, relationships I need to build to reach my goal. really interesting and thought provoking.

Needs more time poss 5 modules

I have been able to reflect on what I do well, but now going forward I can see what I can improve. I'm looking forward to it.
