A really useful session and I felt more confident to speak out with my views / comments. I think the only additional point to add would be providing some more suggestions of how to improve networks / self management / time management.

I really appreciate being put on the course. I think being on it is vastly different from being told about it. I wasn’t expecting to find it so useful and important.
