Course was very insightful and the Anne and Lou care about our progression and challenge us in interesting ways. The workbook could have been more comprehensive and included more of the slides from the various sessions

The program made me think about whether I actually want partnership, what it takes to get there and what the sacrifices are/will be especially in terms of my family etc. It also gave me more confidence about my career overall. I personally think there is some repetition across the various modules and that the content could be streamlined somewhat but it is extremely helpful. All I need now is some head space to think about my goals and implement them!

A great presentation. Perfect "bite sized" chunks gave the maximum impact.

Another great course covering a varied number of topics. Less quotes in this module than others so would be great to see some more of these in the workbook.

Overall very helpful and a great refresh of the core components of effective time management etc. As John said on the day it's common sense stuff but we'd be lying if we said we consistently did it. For me the refresh was a great refocus for me on what's important.

Very relevant and timely content. Both David and John are excellent consultants/trainers and show real depth to their knowledge and experience of the subjects being discussed. The level of detail was also just right in each section. I have only marked down effective communications due to the connection issues. It was a shame about the broadband issues both John and David experienced. At times it was very hard to hear each of them, David in particular.

Slightly rushed at times although recognise volume of material to cover. Breakout sessions and mixing groups was a really positive approach

I liked the break out rooms as went along, that worked really well. Thought the day got off a little slowly in the initial content

Lou and Anne are both energetic and enthusiastic. This module's concepts were very interesting and have shown me the importance of being more engaged to further my progression. They have encouraged me to pursue important relationships and work to maintain them.

Great to have the session which has been well delivered making engaging use of the technology. Whilst I have previously undertaken similar courses, I can see the value it has brought to others in challenging their personal ways of working which should provide an opportunity to grow into their new roles. The PACE groups should also offer a platform to keep the learning alive. Really liked the balance of Charlotte & John, providing good commentary and bringing in people to keep contribution levels up.
