Like the fact you can write notes in the side of the PDF and the commitment planner. Loved the Fox, Sheep, Donkey, Owl analogy. Very straight-forward way of thinking about it. Course underlined that organisational politics doe not have to only be negative. Would have like more tangible examples for 'extra curricular activities'.
Good two afternoons worth of content. Learned a lot about myself
Really good course to make you reflect on self & how best to utilise team strengths / empower teams to get the most out of it.
Useful Already looking forward to the next fact to face session! Cheers!
Forces us to consider how I work and how to deal with concerns and influences.
Very useful going through the models of decision making / control and influence - helpful and practical advice which I can use in day to day.
Maxine and Dave were great, the pace was just right. Guest speaker was also amazing.
