Interesting topics, interactive and easy to understand some of it I can’t relate to or I felt like I had to start thinking differently. But overdone food for thought for sure

This course makes you think and often ask difficult but important questions. Great tool to look within, introspect and March forward.

Really enjoyed the course. the course was engaging and it highlights aspects of both yourself and of work that you wouldn’t be aware of otherwise, whether that’s personas, anchors , or networking. Anne is brilliant and guiding and nurturing a group of people who would normally have little day to day interaction into a cohort willing to share their experiences and challenge and support each other. Overall a great course which I will take forward with me whether that’s in my current role or in something else !

I really resonated with the modules this week as I see networking an important part of work. I have really enjoyed the course and I’m spite of some modules holding less relevant I think it was really useful in determining where I am and where I am going. For me the key part was around perception and if this was way off, perhaps there would be more of a need to change etc.. Thank you very much Anne.

Still need to pull it all together but it has been really useful to have dedicated time to self-reflect and focus on my career objectives and future planning. This course has made me focus on and prioritise myself and my career. It has given me the space needed to clarify goals and both the language and tools to make these goals possible. Anne was a great lead and encouraged conversation and engagement.

I found todays session really helpful, understanding different positions and approaches to organisational politics was interesting. Knowing that it can be perceived in different ways and that an amount of involvement is important is a good approach. Reflecting on priorities, what I would like to achieve, my main drivers I’ve found great. I have been making goals, structuring time and understanding what I want in the next 1,2,5 years has been really helpful for me personally. I know what I want to achieve, and I hope I will be able to achieve these goals at 7IM. Thank you very much for the support, guidance and advice.

This really opened my eyes and mindset to what a personal brand is and not just the superficial elements I naturally would have thought of. It's actually all about promoting who you are as a person and what you stand for, giving you confidence to do that.
