More time for discussion would have been nice. But rushed towards the end.

Interesting course that made me think a lot about how I see myself and how others see me. A lot to put into practice in the next few weeks. Jen and Lou made a really good job of making everyone feel like they were in a room working together. I enjoyed this aspect and the atmosphere created.

Really good session. lots of helpful take aways. Some of the content on second day was slightly repetative of learnings I've done on other courses but thats the only thing I'd make down. Good facilitation from both Lou and Shona.

Useful. Would have perhaps been good to go through specific examples and brainstorm from the team. We did this a bit but I felt there were a few common conflict types and it would have been good to strategise on those specific topics.

The case study of challenger was the most relevant and interesting case study I've ever seen used. Really enjoyed that session. Lots of great takeaways from this course. Thank you.

Enjoyed the course and Lou and Clay lead and facilitated conversations well. Went at the right pace.

Course was really good and helped reflect on how I am a leader as well as how the team operate. Really valuable to have insight from other managers. Would be helpful to have a cross section of the organisation on the courses

Really enjoyable and thought provoking

I thought the course content and materials were engaging and set at about the right level of detail for a course of this length. One thing I would have liked to see, if it exists, is a case study of a Council or similar organisation that has tackled the issues and the need for cultural change highlighted by this course.

Good course, I was able to reflect on past and future experiences and really think about how I can apply the knowledge shared.
