Good course and thought provoking with some very good processes to follow to progress your career and to enable you have a much better interaction and impact in the board room.

Shona and Paul really compliment each other in terms of delivery and you can really see how well planned and organised this session was. I have taken a lot of actions for myself and take-always i can use. Many thanks as great spend of my time.

I have really enjoyed this course so far. It's different and it makes you think outside the box and gives you a different approach to how you view career and development The workbook is a bit confusing and hard to follow.

Materials slightly light - some key content was retained in course presentation and not provided to delegates.

Enjoyed the course overall, found it very interesting and useful. Good pace and right amount of breaks. At times I felt people were put on the spot or made to feel slightly guilty for not contributing, but fully understand why that is done as you need people to get involved. Maybe go a bit softer next time. Guest speaker wasn't very useful.

My only note would be that the exercise at the end was a tad unclear in terms of our strengths/do well - fitting into the 7 steps. Like getting them to fit within those brackets. Other than that, super relatable presenters that I enjoyed listening to.
