A thought provoking first module of the course, which has provided me with some tips and ideas that I'm keen to put into practice.

I have found the course very informative and have taken away some very useful tools that will undoubtedly help me both professionally and personally, The frameworks discussed are clear and I look forward to using them to guide my career. Break up the session more to focus on the 7 steps and breakout accordingly after each item to help build a view for the individual. Far too much information in the last session and not enough time to then discuss with peers.

This is the third of these Accelerate course I've attended. I thoroughly enjoyed the previous two and got so much from each of them. I wondered, coming into this one, if the overall experience would be impacted by the necessary remote delivery, but in fact, it ran incredibly smoothly, with every effort made to mitigate that loss of face to face interaction. Really impressive.

Excellent course, both Charlotte and Paul were amazing and brought lots of enthusiasm to the course. Amy Morton the guest speaker was also amazing.

Really enjoyed this course. I felt the first quarter, talking about personality traits and types, was very interesting but I struggled to fully understand the relevance to the broader subject until later in the second day - perhaps more a comment on my mindset than the course, but I think it would be good to highlight how this joins up earlier. The course was delivered really well, I thought the format over Zoom was excellent and the breakouts worked really smoothly.

Overall a good course, felt much more real when we used examples or case studies as struggled a bit with just theory of the models. Again the guest speaker was very good.

Another great session because it has give me a great to think about in relation to networking and resilience.
