ABSTRACT Reviews

The module itself was a slight repetition of many other courses I have experienced in the past, so there wasn't much novel content. It doesn't mean it wasn't of value, but felt more like a refresher rather than learning new topics. There were some good highlights though - the aspects of Sponsorship, the Guest Speaker, and the Personal CV where the most valuable to me personally today. I will contemplate more on those aspects and I feel confident in applying those learnings on my career journey.

I loved the emotional intelligence matrix and would love to do more on this. Very practical areas of an emotional subject

Course is really enjoyable and will help me in my career. I would like the option of doing this course in-person.

I really enjoyed all the course, I took away a lot from them all the modules that will help me develop and others moving forward. I can’t speak highly enough to of the facilitators, encouraged great conversations from the whole group. It would be good to do in a classroom environment as well as over Teams.

I found the sessions to be interactive and and engaging, especially the breakout rooms and consequent conversations. The facilitators are excellent and very knowledgeable. I started this course just as I'd been promoted and this has been instrumental in my progrss within my new role.

I enjoyed the course and only issue I had was I don't think I will be in boardroom, however the rest has increased my confidence and ability to speak more at meetings
