The 7 steps of Building Confidence with Clarity are things which most of us probably already know but have not given it some serious thoughts on how to improve. Good food for thought.

Nice topics covered but a pity it was too short especially on the piece relating to 7 steps. Would have been good if we are being given more time to think and reflect on them for discussion.

Enjoyable session, more thinking about things that we unconsciously already do.

Excellent course. One of the most impactful trainings I’ve attended in my 13+ years. at ASI. I especially appreciated the mirroring/reiterating of dialogue. Well done!!

Enjoyed the course, and look forward to putting some of the theory into practice. Both presenters were informative and engaging, and were great examples of having a brand authentic to themselves. I particularly enjoyed the section on EI, but found it hard to relate to the Business Assessment section in the context of my role - although it has prompted me to think about how I am viewed within the business. Thanks!
