Thoroughly enjoyed course. Many of the quotes and examples resonated. Thought the guest speaker was insightful and very credible. Enjoyed mix of colleagues In different breakout groups although we struggled with some of the short timings.

- Having the workbook sent out physically has really helped - The breakout rooms worked really well virtually Minor improvements: - Some of the quotes could be shown for longer to allow delegates to write them down - Perhaps having an outline of timings at the beginning of the day would be useful
