Really enjoyed today’s session, Insightful when you get under the skin of your own Personal Brand, what you want to known for etc and where you want to take it

Learning so much about me which doesn't not always come naturally.

Really great workshop to get you thinking about your brand and take you away from the day job. I enjoyed discussing how we can improve our brand virtually and this may be something to consider for future cohorts as this is going to become more and more important. I think the key is making the time to put this in to practice.

Very thought-provoking. Enjoyed the material and I appreciated the break-out time and self-reflection time. Some of this could be life-changing! "Think like a fox, swoop like an owl! I marked lower on 7 Habits section only because its a lot of content to try to squeeze into 1 session but Lou did the best should could with it!

I've always viewed organisational politics as negative so it was really interesting to see the positive side to this. I also will find the time management matrix useful. I think the balance between achieving self promotion and whilst maintaining a lower self interest is an interesting concept. Lou and Anne help keep the sessions really engaging with some great stories to keep us focused virtually.

Quality time (and helped me meet some new people)

Great session and also a great facilitator to sharing views and perspectives on ways to see the alternatives in which we can manage, not just a set way, more a use of the balance around Leadership and Management. Supportive statements and techniques shared and already have the 'How to Manage' book on order from Amazon!
