Really useful course and helpful hints and tips to use in future. I will definitely focus on a career plan and seek a mentor to support me.
Really enjoyed todays topics and continuing to drive my service / leadership skills forward!
I like the layout and the break room discussions. This course is really helping me reflect on myself and how I manage
Once again, excellent delivery, content and interactive sessions!
Still find it strange that we didn't get a round up of who is on this course; in terms of psychological safety I couldn't even see people's surnames in some cases so had no idea who I was speaking to. I have started to find out who people are in my small groups but can't do this in large groups.
