The course was a good length, covered a fast amount of topics, and was thoroughly enjoyable. Lots of key things to take away and add to my commitment plan. My thoughts about my own confidence and ability to progress has improved following the course. Many thanks!

The content was brilliant and it worked perfectly over zoom, was a bit apprehensive as to how it would be on zoom but tone, pace and content was all spot on. I would recommend and definitely look to get on future courses. Thank you all!

Really helpful course with great insights into why we often lack confidence. I learned that I am probably more confident than I think and learned some good mechanisms for increases my confidence

Really good session. I wasn't sure how it would work on Zoom but it was much better than I expected. The zoom breakout rooms worked very well and gave you a good opportunity to discuss and meet new people. I would recommend this session to friends/colleagues.

The online/zoom delivery of the course worked far better than I expected. The topic was incredibly relevant and I felt that there was sufficient prodding for participation without being overbearing.
