Presenters and content really good. Feedback for improvement same as last time....I really do feel this would be better split out into a few more sessions and utilising Mornings, as 6 hours with relatively short breaks is a long time to keep concentration via webinar for me.

I genuinely think the whole course was excellent both in terms of content and delivery, and believe that this investment in our people will result in more successful individuals and teams and therefore contribute to the success of 7IM as a business. I think a "refresher" session of an hour or two to hold people accountable to using some of the tools and learnings they have taken away and discuss successes they have had as a result of the course would be helpful, to ensure we truly embed the messages and behaviours. Excellent course, motivational and inspirational content from both Ann and Lou as I have found throughout the programme. Really enjoyed the external speaker session from Katie Murray, great opportunity to hear from her, thank you. Has worked well virtually and great engagement from the group.

The course today challenged a lot of preconceived notions I had about the boardroom. Definitely something that I would want to do in the future and lots to think about. The overall course has been a great balance of tools, advice and stories that are going to help me with both my personal and business aspirations. Today really felt like it all came together piece by piece - the jigsaw was completed not withstanding the parts I will be taking forward. Lou/Anne have been extremely supportive whilst building a great relationship via zoom and at times I have been on an emotional rollacoaster as you really start to think and drive your career forward.

This Module, and the other two, rank amongst the best courses that I have attended during my (long) career. It is well structured, well paced and the accompanying slides are exemplary in what they deliver. The whole experience was both enjoyable, informative and thought-provoking in that we were encouraged to take a fresh look at management. Thank you.

The presentation was well structured, backed up by a good examples of a real life journeys to enhanced the listener understanding on the subject matter. Confident is a key player in our daily life which has a big influence over on what's the situation we are in. This session was very informative and educational. Thank you so much Mark, I have thoroughly enjoyed it and have learnt a lot.
