Great session, although personally struggled with the self management section. Personas annd imposter syndrome are really important and useful in framing interactions. Definitely preferred in person to Zoom.

The case studies really help to bring things to life and help you connect it to things you do at work.

A lot of material common sense, but as said on the course, not necessarily so common practice! The diagram about working through the comfort zone to get to growth & development is brilliant, and I’ll think of this.
