I rarely take the time to consider my career & the wider picture, so whilst the content isn’t ‘rocket science’ (to borrow a quote from the video) it provides the opportunity to think & develop yourself.
Overall very good, helpful to take time out & think about things you rarely consider. Nothing earth shattering but that’s the point there is no magic formula. It’s about being disciplined. I think in reality it would be better in person but clearly that has cost implications for all.
This was a well thought out course. There are key elements that I now need to take into my career.
Its a great course to remind us with our value.

Content was a tad basic but generated a good debate between our colleagues and I will definitely implement 2/3 things which was the aim
