Good course with thought provoking content. I believe there are definite tangibles I can add to my daily working life.

Good content, enough activities to keep engaging. Both did a great job of keeping everyone on track even with the use of Zoom

Good mix of breakout rooms, pairs, joint discussions. Struggled with being 'sat' for such a long time though - joys of Zoom ;)

Very reflective, great real life examples bring situations to life. Not too pushy or forceful in bringing people into discussions. Break out rooms for a good length of time and with the right size of groups.

Really good course, so empowering and its still shocks me how supportive these kind of courses are now. Really looking forward to Day 2 and exploring this even more.

Delivery and content was very good. Importantly the course is full of areas for practical application. Lots of things to try and all centered around improvement and development. The use of groups that extend beyond the session, getting managers to talk and share experiences is also very good.

Very good module. Improvement on the previous one with very relevant one to one, coaching content.
