The session today was clearer than the last one.

I feel more positive about this course than I did after module 1 - I drafted feedback but did not post as I felt too negative and I wanted to see how things panned out with module 2. Module 1 felt constrained by a prescribed approach (eg inability to change use of words because training organisation's script required use of this). I was not comfortable with some of it. Module 2 more focused on practical issues and sharing of ideas from course participants.

A lot isn't partciularly new but a good reminder - and a new conrext post Covid hybrid working so changed circumstances. Good as a refresher and reminder on what makes godd and inclusive leadership.

Enjoyed the content and interaction.

Great discussions and case studies. Right balance in terms of group and break out sessions.
