Keith was fantastic today during the course excellent delivery and energy the full day. The information that he provided was brilliant and I feel more confident regarding first aid, I shall definitely recommend to my colleagues.
Amazing course! First time I have ever done a first aid course and it has blown my expectations out the water! Keith was an amazing teacher and was very patient with me asking questions as well. Would highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to become a first aider
I was doing my refresher. Very good setup, enjoyed practical training, covered all for me to be confident when the help as a first aider needed

Very well presented and informative.
Very interactive learning which I found very helpful. I felt comfortable asking any questions on areas I was unsure on. Areas were separated which made learning them easier as it wasn’t all information all at once.
Overall the course was grand and thought it was insightful, very eye opening too. Thought Keith was a great instructor very helpful and patient. Learned a lot over the few days and was helpful to hear his own stories and experiences, it really helps put things into perspective.
Course could probably be shorter. Facilities are great. Very clean.
Richard was a great trainer, just felt in some cases the pace could have been a little quicker. Lunch no where near as good as previous when in Bathgate
