Keith, the instructor provided a good informations regarding the course. He was very interactive and provided all the support needed.
Keith is a very good instructor. A lot of hands on practices made me more confident in providing the First Aid at work if it is required (hopefully not !) His knowledge and enthusiasm for First Aid is great.
