Great course to gain knowledge and be prepared to use first aid! enthusiastic instructor making the learning up beat and relatable.

I enjoyed the course. Keith was very informative and does well at keeping attention. Lots of information spread across three days at a good pace. Would recommend. 10/10.

The first aid training was very informative and well delivered. The instructor explained everything clearly and made the session engaging with practical examples. I feel more confident now in handling emergency situations and applying basic first aid techniques. The hands-on practice was especially helpful, as it made the learning more realistic and easier to remember. Overall, the training was useful and relevant, and I would recommend it to others. One suggestion for improvement would be to allow a bit more time for practical exercises or scenario-based practice.

Really enjoyed and got a lot out of the course.

The course was very compact and lot to take in over a short period of time. Keith our instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful and added a bit of humour which always helps you learn and retain knowledge. Thank you Albacare and I will recommend you to all my workforce
