The first aid training was very informative and well delivered. The instructor explained everything clearly and made the session engaging with practical examples. I feel more confident now in handling emergency situations and applying basic first aid techniques. The hands-on practice was especially helpful, as it made the learning more realistic and easier to remember. Overall, the training was useful and relevant, and I would recommend it to others. One suggestion for improvement would be to allow a bit more time for practical exercises or scenario-based practice.

The course was very compact and lot to take in over a short period of time. Keith our instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful and added a bit of humour which always helps you learn and retain knowledge. Thank you Albacare and I will recommend you to all my workforce

Lots of advice and knowledge on how to deal with specific situations and mental health issues. From booking the course with Lorna to being updated prior to the course date and throughout the full two day course, everything has been great.

The trainer Gary was fantastic. So knowledgeable and helped relate the training to real life experiences. He put the group at ease and made you feel very comfortable and supported throughout the day. I do not think i would have enjoyed the course this much if it had not been for Gary and his training style. Absolutely brilliant.

Great course learned alot for first aid as a beginner

I enjoy be in the class and Keith (trainer) were very professional for teaching all of us. I learn a lot from him, and I know I would be confident myself to be a first aider and help if needed.

Very good hands on trainer easy to understand and good to talk to makes it easy to remember when it’s hands on work Fred was a good addition to break the ice wasn’t scared to give personal examples for better understanding
