Enjoyed course with Richard being enthusiastic and ensuring everyone was understanding information.

Richard is full of knowledge and a great instructor overall. Explains everything in great detail and knows how to have a laugh at the same time, serious when he needs to be but knows a few good jokes 🤣

The overall course was fantastic. Both Keith and Richard gave good easy to understand instructions and the practicals were fun and engaging. No question was silly or stupid and took The time to answer.

Course was delivered by Keith and Richard in a really easy way to understand. I like that they encouraged you to ask questions

Keith was very professional, very clear, knowledge excellent and explained extra if you needed it. Demonstration very good. Overall he puts you at ease and makes the course enjoyable. Lunch was excellent rolls, sandwiches and wraps very nice. Reception staff on both days made you welcome.
