Keith was great, very knowledgeable and engaging. There was a little jumping between subjects, I don't know if this was down to a redesign of the course, or tailoring to the class.

Course was lead really well and afterwards I felt 100% more confident in my abilities to perform first aid should the need arise.

Gary was superb, full of knowledge and made the course fun and easy to digest!

Great course and set to the pace of the participants. The venue is great with great access and parking. Lunch and hot drinks provided. Keith looked after us and presented the subjects well .

Keith was great in the way he presented the course as well as making me feel involved. He provided all the information in great detail, and I now feel confident in my first aid skills once again
