Very interesting apart from a bit of technical difficulty. Also very interactive which made it engaging.

John was very engaging and provided flavour around the content to provide context. He was happy to answer questions as they arose.

I thought the content of the course was very good and the way it was presented was easy to understand. Would recommend to others who need to either expand on their knowledge or have a recap about the London market.

Good training material and excellent trainer

The session was good for both stages of a refresher and introducing Slips to people who may be new to the Lloyds Market. I feel as if the session was very theoretical and could have included some practical elements to put the theory into practice.

The course materials are very good for beginners however some of the topic are quite vast and the current time window do not allow to cover the details. but overall this basic learning is excellent.

Generally well presented and easy to learn

Brilliant course, very informative in it's presentation and insightful into current leadership style. Learning about yourself helps you to understand how to improve, particularly with regards to receipt of feedback as well as social approach in a group and one to one setting. I've taken some valuable points from the course and would definitely attend future courses of this nature.
