This is genuinely one of the best learning sessions I have attended this year, and I would highly recommend it to anyone at every level of the organisation, regardless of their role or experience. It is clear that Sarah is an amazing trainer! Communication is something we all do every day - we speak, write, present, facilitate meetings, and interact with people constantly. However, this course highlighted a very important distinction: while everyone communicates, not everyone communicates effectively. What I particularly appreciated was that the course was not just about theory. In fact, I believe many experienced professionals would still discover habits they can improve and techniques they may have forgotten over time.
