This is genuinely one of the best learning sessions I have attended this year, and I would highly recommend it to anyone at every level of the organisation, regardless of their role or experience. It is clear that Sarah is an amazing trainer! Communication is something we all do every day - we speak, write, present, facilitate meetings, and interact with people constantly. However, this course highlighted a very important distinction: while everyone communicates, not everyone communicates effectively. The techniques, frameworks, and practical examples shared throughout the session provided a fresh perspective on how small changes in the way we communicate can significantly improve understanding, influence, and outcomes.
