Overall very engaging and interactive session. We learned a lot of different insurance terms and how they apply to the insurance world. Great format. Fun and interactive. I liked that Sarah was positive and supportive even when you didn't know the answer. It encourages you to keep trying. Great course and very well delivered. Really helpful that the slides were tailored to our own wording with pertinent feedback around how our product differs to normal market practice. Despite having a number of years experience, the ground up view of the exposures was extremely helpful for me in highlighting areas where I had a few knowledge gaps which I may not have asked about in an open forum.
