As a complete newbie to LM, I have done a lot of reading on Success Factory and a lot of e-learnings about it. Unfortunately I have found it quite hard for a lot of that to stick- this session remedied a lot of that. The interactive nature allowed me to really take in acronyms, break down processes, and take away a lot more knowledge than anything else so far has.Response : Thank you for your comments Joe, which are very much appreciated.
