Trainer was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and clearly had a lot of knowledge on the subject and of great claims examples to explain the more in depth areas of cover. Good explanation of exposures and the way the risks relate to current day examples - good use of well known Companies to explain the covers.Response : Thank you for your feedback Michael. The training was interesting and informative. I particularly enjoyed the history of the insurance market. It may have been just me, but gaining access to the course was difficult - I think that you could suggest that people give themselves time to complete this task in advance of the start time.Response : Thank you for your feedback Dave, we are glad you enjoyed the training session.
