It would have been useful for the handouts to follow the presentation. Other than that it was very informative, the exercises made me/us think and the trainer was very knowledgeable.

Really enjoyable course. Did not lose my concentration once, which is good for me :). Charlotte kept us engaged and entertained the whole way though and made a course that could have been rather dull, interesting and I learnt a lot.

It was a great introduction to Insurance industry. I understood various insurances that I had no clue about :) :) It was a good one!

I found the course very beneficial it opened my mind to areas that I was not open to or using to my best advantage. I hope to now implement what i have learned and be a better leader.

Great, friendly, easy to follow

This was a really good introductory course, providing a great overview of the insurance market and explaining a lot of the jargon and acronyms which people often find confusing. Its also highly interactive, getting everyone involved all the way through.

Sarah was wonderful and so helpful . Didn’t make you feel pressured into answering if you didn’t know and would also help out if needed

Once again, Sarah and LMT delivered a great course. A morning well spent.

Very good course, I would highly recommend. The course touches on all of the basics of insurance and was very interactive.
