Found it a very useful session

I liked the interaction and Sarah keeping us all on our toes with questions instead of it just being a formal session with her reading off the slides. She made us think a lot which is good as we don't get spoon fed the answers. Definitely the right course to get an introduction to Insurance!

I felt the course was good but i wanted to learn more around short cuts, things that would make my job faster, the trainer was good and engaging, the material for what i do felt basic, personally think it needs a review as this could be added to a beginner course

Really loved, chunked up in manageable amounts - Sarah really engaging and informative also.

While joining a 7-hour insurance course was initially daunting, I was pleasantly surprised by the engaging and informative experience. Despite having no prior insurance background, I found myself enjoying the learning process and gaining valuable knowledge.
