Since I am relatively new to the insurance industry and the experience I have is in the French market, I found it a bit difficult to follow at times, but it got better towards the end and I'm satisfied I have a better general understanding of Business Interruption insurance. I found the use of interactive tools was a bit distracting at the beginning of the session.

Little bit of repetition in what was presented, and largely covers just a very basic understanding. Some more real life examples of the journey to getting a risked placed would be interesting. Probably spent a bit long going over the same ground. But the presenter was outstanding - clear, polite, knowledgeable and able to answer all questions very well. Her use of the interactive features was very good and kept people engaged, albeit sometimes it went on slightly too long. What was covered was done to a very high standard for someone completely new to insurance, so I would recommend for these people.

The trainer was very friendly and patient with us, and happy to go over points we didn't understand. I struggled slightly to follow the little work exercises but that may have been due to my own issues with my notes.
