It was very interesting and provided me with lots of knowledge. I loved how he made it so engaging and interactive. I also I liked how he made me feel comfortable in the sense of knowing its okay not to always know the answer, or attempt it and be wrong. David was very knowledgeable about the insurance industry globally, which meant he was able to answer questions well with good examples and interesting specifics. At a high level I learnt about different types of insurable and uninsurable risk, some industry terminology (such as the difference between peril and hazard), the aim of insurance company, and how some more complex claims may be resolved.Response : Hi Morgan, we are glad you enjoyed the webinar and we really appreciate your feedback.

Since I am relatively new to the insurance industry and the experience I have is in the French market, I found it a bit difficult to follow at times, but it got better towards the end and I'm satisfied I have a better general understanding of Business Interruption insurance. I found the use of interactive tools was a bit distracting at the beginning of the session.Response : Thank you for your feedback Catalina.
