Really interesting and Laurell really knows her stuff on this topic.
Found it really useful to gain understanding/practice different communications techniques and considerations.
Leaned more towards negotiation side more than influence, but all points answered

Overall the Course did meet the expectations, and provided with tools which i could put to use. I Hope that in the course she did promise that we will be given the slides for us to reflect on. Although i have not contacted her yet on that. I am sure this will also be met.

Excellent day, lots of information new to me and very helpful. Lots of information to develop teams and myself and helped me realise my place in a team.
