Cross-Examination for Expert Witnesses Reviews

I think the course could be improved with videos showing good and bad technique when faced with different challenges on cross examination. The role playing is fine, but not everyone can participate. And model behaviour would be best demonstrated with examples that can be observed.

Good course - participant numbers probably need to be looked at to allow all to be cross-examined as par for the course

Overall very helpful. Instructor very knowledgeable. I would have liked more feedback from the trainer following my cross examination sections. The first section in particular I only had one piece of advice 'remember to breath' which made me feel that I'd done a bad job. I don't think it was meant this way, but some positive feedback along with the advice would have been helpful.

It was an excellent journey attending the entire section starting from report writing to the cross examination section as part of CUBS section.
