Very helpful training in how to respond to questions and assist the Judge under cross-examination.

I found the whole day very useful. Nick Deal is always supportive and mentors you through the courtroom skills / cross examination techniques with his expert guidance.

Faye presented well and had prepared well for the cross examinations and in a very short time was able to show how pressured it can be in the court environment. An insight that will serve us all well in the future.

This was the final of four courses for the UABS certification process. The overall experience has been enlightening and rewarding. I now feel confident to make myself available to act as an expert witness, and will ensure i return for regular CPD. I have already registered for the Discussions between experts course in November.
