Very good course and Neil is an excellent trainer.
The strength of this course was the interactive cross examination exercises.
The trainers showed a real understanding of our work and provided genuinely useful techniques to use in court
good course. good cross exam learnt a lot perhaps some more pre-reading materials and also some videos of perfect examples.
A useful course, the best yet. A really engaging trainer who was knowledgeable and gave some good challenge in cross examination.
Overall very helpful. Instructor very knowledgeable. I would have liked more feedback from the trainer following my cross examination sections. The first section in particular I only had one piece of advice 'remember to breath' which made me feel that I'd done a bad job. I don't think it was meant this way, but some positive feedback along with the advice would have been helpful.
It was an excellent journey attending the entire section starting from report writing to the cross examination section as part of CUBS section.
More detailed guidance on questioning methods would be useful
There were only 3 persons on the course, including myself. So the course was shortened time wise , and we had much less time to learn from critiquing the other delegates. so I feel we had much less of an experience, and indeed less for our course fee.
