Fay was great. Very comforting so that anxieties were alleviated. Fay was enthusiastic showing love for the role - which made me excited about the course. All questions were invited and answered and she stuck to all her timings which is always a bonus. There were no surprises, she told us what she wanted from us and did not deviate. Brilliant.
